In the last year the team grew went from 30 to more than 80 people, and it’s just the beginning.
To drive our future growth our marketing team is seeking it’s future Senior Traffic Manager to own the strategy and execution of lead generation. This key role will own both constructing and putting in the place the strategy for all inbound lead channels. The ideal profile will be eager to hold a role with high level of autonomy and responsiblity.

Ownership will include :
- All inbound acquisition channels to our targets (SMA, SEA, SEO, and others)
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Definition and management of budget
- Launch and manage lead generation in new countries across Europe
- Explore new lead generation channels
KPIs :
- ROI on spend
- Leads & Customers from owned channels
- Cost per signature per channel
😀 Who are we looking for ?
- Skill & results matter most, but we imagine the ideal candidate will have 3-7 years experience in the field
- Proven experience and results in SEA & SMA (senior)
- Medium level experience in SEO, or desire to learn
- Analytical mindset
- ROI & revenue focus
- Organized & detail oriented
